Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) supplements the Soltera Privacy Policy and applies to users in jurisdictions where “consumer health data” is defined broadly under applicable law, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.

Collection and Use of Consumer Health Data

Soltera does not believe that it collects “consumer health data,” and we do not collect or use information for the purpose of identifying or making inferences about an individual’s past, present, or future physical or mental health conditions, medical diagnoses, reproductive health, sexual health, or sexual orientation.

However, because certain privacy laws define “consumer health data” very broadly, some information we collect in connection with providing the Soltera service could potentially be considered consumer health data under those laws, depending on how it is interpreted. Any such information is collected and used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Soltera platform, including account creation, profile functionality, matching features, user safety, and customer support.

Disclosure of Consumer Health Data

To the extent any information we collect is considered consumer health data under applicable law, we may disclose it in the following circumstances:

  • Other users: Information you voluntarily choose to share through your Soltera profile or interactions may be visible to other users as part of the service.
  • Service providers: Trusted vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, analytics, customer support, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Affiliates: Entities that support the operation of the Soltera platform.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities: When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Soltera or others.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding consumer health data, including the right to access or request deletion of such data. Because Soltera does not intentionally collect consumer health data for health-related purposes, these rights may be limited in practice.

Requests regarding your personal information may be submitted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law or our data practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
