Trust & Safety at Soltera

Last updated: February 2026

Soltera is a classy, members-only dating community designed for meaningful, relationship-focused connections in a space grounded in respect, authenticity, and emotional safety.

This Trust & Safety Transparency Page explains how we protect our members, enforce our standards, and maintain a safe, intentional dating environment.

Our Safety Philosophy

Healthy relationships begin with trust. Soltera is intentionally curated to encourage genuine connection while reducing harmful behavior, misuse, and inauthentic participation.

We prioritize:

  • Respectful and emotionally healthy interaction
  • Authentic identity and honest representation
  • Protection from harassment, scams, and exploitation
  • A refined, relationship-focused community experience

Community Standards and Enforcement

All members must follow Soltera’s Community Guidelines. When violations occur, we may:

  • Remove content or profile elements
  • Issue warnings or educational notices
  • Restrict account features
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently remove members from the platform
  • Enforce across related services where appropriate
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when required

We may also take action based on serious harmful conduct occurring off the platform when it impacts member safety.

Moderation Approach

Soltera uses a layered safety model that includes:

  • Human moderation teams trained in trust and safety review
  • Automated detection systems that identify suspicious or harmful behavior
  • Profile review and approval processes to maintain authenticity and quality

Our role is not to determine absolute truth in personal disputes, but to take consistent, reasonable action to protect member safety and community integrity.

Reporting and Blocking Tools

Members can take immediate action if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe:

  • Report profiles or messages directly within the app
  • Block members instantly to stop further contact
  • Submit safety concerns for moderator review

Reports are handled confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporting members unless required by law.

Protection Against Scams and Harm

We actively work to prevent:

  • Romance scams and financial exploitation
  • Fake profiles or impersonation
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
  • Sexual coercion or non-consensual behavior
  • Illegal activity or exploitation

Off-Platform Safety

Real-world safety is essential to meaningful dating. We may review and act on credible reports of harmful conduct occurring:

  • During in-person dates or meetups
  • Through text messages or social media connected to a match
  • Based on relevant past criminal or harmful behavior

Appeals and Accountability

Members who believe enforcement action was taken in error may contact support to request review. Appeals are evaluated based on available evidence, safety considerations, and policy consistency.

Transparency Commitment

Soltera is committed to continuous improvement in safety and moderation. We regularly review:

  • Policy effectiveness
  • Reporting outcomes and response processes
  • Emerging safety risks
  • Member feedback and community well-being

Updates to safety practices may be reflected in revised Community Guidelines or Trust & Safety disclosures.

Our Commitment to Members

Soltera exists to foster:

  • Intentional, relationship-focused connection
  • Authenticity, dignity, and respect
  • Emotional and physical safety
  • A refined, supportive dating environment for Latinas

Safety is not a feature—it is a responsibility. We are committed to protecting the integrity and well-being of the Soltera community.
